Here’s where it gets really personal….

Call it personal coaching, individual coaching, or life coaching,….Co-Active Coaching is particularly beneficial when you are ready to have things move.
Because no two people are alike,  we design our coaching relationship to be most effective for you and how you operate. We lean in to your knowledge, wisdom and strengths bringing forth your vision and create the life and work you want.

Cynthia and David both bring years of coach training and experience to meet your needs.  We listen for what’s really important to you then work with you to clarify your values and your vision. Together with you, we design a plan of action and behaviors so that you can get what you really want.

Here’s how it works

We start with a complementary conversation to see if we are the ‘right fit’ for each other. If so, we begin our coaching relationship with a Foundational Session so that both you and your coach can get a clear view of where you are starting and what you want to have happen. From there we move into ongoing coaching sessions. For some people those are 30-minutes sessions two or three times per month, others work well with one or two 60-minute sessions per month. We normally request a three-month minimum commitment to coaching.
