THE INSIDE TEAM
By Cynthia Loy Darst, MFA, CPCC, ORSCC, MCC
Imagine that for sometime now, maybe years, there have been a gaggle of kids playing some kind of game in the back lot behind your house. Meanwhile, you’ve been busy focused on work, family, whatever — You’ve never paid much attention to what that group of kids is doing or to what game they are playing.

So, let’s stop and look at the game being played together. Let’s see if it is a game that you want your Inside Team to be playing or if it is time to offer them something new.
